This is great place to find and buy a new car. Endre Bacsa assisted me with purchase of GLC 300. When one car was not good enough for our family, he quickly found another one and even with the same color. All paperwork and new car transaction were smooth and accurate. I’d use this for Google and DealerRater: I was seriously considering purchasing a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Sears Imported Autos and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Because the CARFAX showed significant engine work shortly before the vehicle was listed for sale, I asked for clarification and documentation before making the trip to the dealership. I believe those are reasonable questions when considering spending nearly $19,000 on a used vehicle. What concerned me was that I received conflicting information about the engine. I was initially told the engine had been rebuilt due to the previous owner’s lack of maintenance. I was later told that a replacement motor had been installed, and then again that the engine had been rebuilt. I was also told there is no warranty on the engine work, and the repair order documenting exactly what was done was not available for me to review. Throughout the process, I felt as though my questions were more of an inconvenience than those of a serious prospective buyer. At one point I was told that information was being gathered for me “in between clients.” When I later explained that the lack of documentation, conflicting information, and absence of a warranty were making me hesitant about the vehicle at its current price, the response I received included: “If the Jeep scares you, we have a lot of other vehicles that would fit your budget.” That response ultimately ended my interest in doing business with this dealership. I currently own a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and my previous vehicle was also a Jeep. The vehicle did not “scare” me. I was doing appropriate due diligence before making a significant purchase. I understand that a dealership may have a firm price, and I have no issue with that. My issue was the dismissive response to legitimate questions about major engine work and the overall customer service experience. I decided not only to pass on this particular vehicle, but not to pursue another vehicle through this dealership.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR, DO NOT TAKE IT TO SEARS IN MINNETONKA. Just wanted to make sure I don’t bury the lead. I took my car in to replace the passenger side tire because I had driven over a screw. The service advisor took my VIN and placed the order for my tire. He didn’t look at the tires on the car but I thought “I’m sure he knows what he’s doing”. I get an estimate emailed to me which only stated the labor and no tire or tire price. The labor was $140 to mount one tire. I immediately called and the service advisor told me there was an error and the the labor would be “like” $70 and that they forgot to add the tire on the estimate. Odd…. So I go to pick up the car and the invoice is for over $600 and because I had checked the price of my tire online and had found many prices around $300, I knew that something was wrong. I went out to my car and there was a Pirelli tire on my car that didn’t match the other three tires on the car. I asked how something like that could happen, and the service advisor said he wasn’t sure. I asked that they put the correct matching tire on my car which they agreed to do. Unfortunately I had to leave the car again because they wouldn’t allow me to drive the car with the mismatched tire. This decision was NOT based out of concern for my safety of the integrity of the car’s 4 matic system (which I found out later that could have suffered “catastrophic failure” because of a mismatched tire). No no no…. they couldn‘t let me drive on the tire because it would then be used and ”We‘re not in the business of selling used tires”. i pick up the car the following day and they give me a $50 discount for my trouble. I point out that the tread differential on the rear axle was outside of the official Mercedes Benz threshold and I should have been prompted to replace the tire. They had emailed me the day before with the diagnostic for the car which included the tire tread for the rear left which read 6/32. When I brought this up, the Service advisor pulled up his computer and let me know that “No , it’s at 7/32”. he unfortunately didn’t realize that they had sent me the diagnostic the day before and so I knew the actual number. By this time, I know that I’m straight up being lied to. I take my car and my measly $50 discount and leave vowing never to return and that I’m going to reach out to Mercedes Benz USA. When the Sr. Customer service relations at Mercedes Benz calls Sears, the person they speak to tells them that I came in with no car available to look at and simply gave them my VIN number and told them that everything was factory. My car was parked in the bay and the advisor took a picture of my VIN! when pressed on the issue by the cust relations associate as to why the tires ended up mismatched, they told her that I had requested a mismatched tire. WOW!! I’ve never written a yelp review before and Im only doing it now because of the lying on the part of the service department and the hope that I can save someone else from a costly/tine-consuming/dangerous situation. Mercedes Benz USA could directly say so, but they must have agreed with me because they gave me a voucher for $500 to use at any service department. I will only go to Feldman’s in Bloomington and if you love your car they way I love mine, I suggest you do the same.

My wife brought my car there to get it serviced and an update that it needed to use my extras on the app...1st the tech working on my car was not a very honest tech, he put common sense out the door and looked at nothiing recomended services that had arleady been done for instance put down that my windshield wipers should be relpaced soon... I ordered wipers from them last week and put them on myself, cost for them to do it $88 cost for me to do it I think it was like $65 fort both wipers, 2nd I have put just about 20,000 miles on my car and never had a tire rotation done so I had requested it to be done they told me all the tires where at the same tread depth and they would not be rotating them...3rd I asked the advisor if he could check because it really needed to be done they still did not do the service I requested my wife brought the car home I check the tires that was false tires on the passenger side where at 7/32 and the drivers side at 6/32 I figured being a tech for 20 years I double check their work first time bring my car here....4th and final request the car needed and update so I could use the exrtas on my app I told them I had already went through the steps and Mercedes sent me this email with directions for the tech...the service advison John told me that wasnt the case and the information in the car had to be changed over to me.... I had already done this through Mercedes coustmer service I dont think I need to say it but they did not do the update, instead they told me they changed the information was changed and in a few hours it would be good to go the apointment was at 915 am it is now 305 pm and still no extras working. So I went through the steps again to be told it needed the update.... So I called John and so did Mercedes CS. John did not care that I was right and told me I would have to bring the car back to get the update done at $240, I informed John before that they were the closest Mercedes dealer to me at 1hr and 20mins away so now to bring it back it would be 5hrs and 20 mins of drive time along with the $240 or so for the update without the slightest of apologies for the inconvienience. Highly recomend to bring your car somewhere else espessially after spending $300 on a flippin oil change what a joke.

Boris was A1 perfect, the only feedback I would have for him is to review the online pictures to confirm what is in the picture is included in the vehicle purchase, I had to point out the car mats, but he made it right by getting them included in the purchase. My concern was in the financing area. The person sated they were new so I gave some latitude, but I had to remain firm on if you estimated the fees as x, then I would ask you live by your estimate as you could not readily explain why the amount was changing. And when it came to offering products that were for things such as service or others, I asked for the price of those if I didn't go with the package and was told that because that department was closed they could not provide the information, this seems very poor when you are trying to provide the customer with the options that may or not make sense to them. The price for PPF for the vehicle amazingly started at a negotiation of $1600 and I quickly said that was very high for just the front nose of the car and it immediately dropped to $900.

Great experience buying a 2026 GLA 250. Gavin Rupp and the team worked diligently to find the exact car I wanted, after another Mercedes dealer in town wouldn't be bothered to even find me a GLA to test drive. Communications about the status of my car's availability and delivery were excellent. Follow-up after I drove off the lot has also been excellent. Only negative was an insultingly low quote for a possible trade-in, which I did not accept.

I leased EQE 350 on mar 20, 2024. There was two service free by the mercedez dealer in Wayzada. Very good sales person, and nice location. The only problem I had was after I had left. It said I purchased a service contract which I don’t even live in the state so I do not remember that and the salesman did not go over the app which would’ve been nice but overall, a very great experience. Service takes a LONG time to “process” through. You can’t book online and request a loaner vehicle. Anything done is at least double, if not triple, the price anywhere else. BUT - it’s all done correctly!
