Great experience buying a 2026 GLA 250. Gavin Rupp and the team worked diligently to find the exact car I wanted, after another Mercedes dealer in town wouldn't be bothered to even find me a GLA to test drive. Communications about the status of my car's availability and delivery were excellent. Follow-up after I drove off the lot has also been excellent. Only negative was an insultingly low quote for a possible trade-in, which I did not accept.

It said I purchased a service contract which I don’t even live in the state so I do not remember that and the salesman did not go over the app which would’ve been nice but overall, a very great experience. Service takes a LONG time to “process” through. You can’t book online and request a loaner vehicle. Anything done is at least double, if not triple, the price anywhere else. BUT - it’s all done correctly!
